Minimal | This is a wonderful street for views and this hous capitalises on this! It has been decorated in a very pleasing neutral style and is very bright and airy. There is still some finishing touches required ie installing the kitchen and bathroom of your choice and some French windows but this a good thing as can be done by the builder to your taste and for approx 5000€. Downstairs is the lounge on entry then the shower room with the kitchen following on from this. The terrace off the kitchen is a fabulous attribute and the view stunning. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the rear one with a superb balcony and a toilet in between. Up again is the washroom area with a picture perfect view of the church and castle which would take away anyone´s washday blues! The top terrace here is fantastic.
