This is a delightful property situated in the old part of town where the views over the sierrra are probably the best you can get. The has been newly fitted throughout using quality materials . On entry there is the kitchen which like the rest of the house is a modern rustic design This is open as is the lounge which has two sofas with a woodburner in the corner. Beyond here is the bathroom then the door to the patio. The patio is long and narrow and leads out to a patch of garden at the rear. There are steps to the side of the patio up to the roof terrace – a real sun trap! Upstairs are two bedrooms. The large bedroom has an alcove off it currently housing books and cd’s which would be ideal for a bathroom for this room. This is a really attractive property and would be a great to rent out with parking at the door, great views and nothing at all to do. Just walk in and enjoy! Highly recommended
