Moderate | This is the most wonderfully cosy inviting house. The location is perfect tucked away in a little corner by the river in this picturesque village of Setenil. I can see what the owner means by having a cafe bar here as people love those tucked away places. As is the current house has a dining room on entry with a bedroom off this. A hallway with the stairs to the side leads to the kitchen and opens in to a sitting area. The main bathroom is located here. Upstairs still retains the original beams although the rest of the house has new floors. Here there are two rooms one very large and would make a superb bedroom. Back downstairs there is a door leading from the lounge down steps to the rear of the property and a path for the three properties, plenty of space and privacy for a table and chairs by the walls of the river. Adorned with flowers this really is very pretty. There is a separate studio with bathrooom and kitchen which could make a great place for guests. | ||||||
