This house is in a delightful spot just 1.5km from the village. The access should be improved shortly after the water company lay pipes. The house is a bit of a disaster design wise as many of these small campos are, however knocking down a few walls and even doing a new roof is easily arranged. Saying that however it is perfectly habitable at the moment and it was only built as a place to come at the weekends. It has one bedroom and a storage room. The lounge houses the kitchenette and a chimney fireplace. See ref fp144 for a great way to distribute 40sqm. I am informed there is a bathroom but as we had forgotten the key I was unable to find it or photograph it. The views are fabulous as many know on a clear day you can see right down to the coast and here you are only 45 minutes away in a car! The house has town water and electricity, a great benefit for a country home.
