This is a superb property to enjoy Ronda. Just as the owner said it has somewhat of a Bohemiam feel. Located at the top of the tower in this drop dead gorgeous example of fine architecture it makes a superb hideaway yet step out the door and el tajo is less than 5 minutes, my favourite shoe shop 2 and an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants, hence so many rental bookings.
Up the winding marble staircase arriving at the front door it is like being at the top of an observatory flooded with light from the windows. The door enters into the lounge and this as all the flat has laid wooden floors. The soft rustic decoration, wood burner and elegant windows make it so welcoming and cosy. There is a room off the lounge that has been cleverly designed to fit a guest bed. Great use of 67sqm indeed. The hallway from the lounge leads to the bathroom with bedroom opposite and the ample homely kitchen is straight on with dining table – you cook, I´ll watch. The door from the lounge leads to the terrace which is a real treat to sit out and take in the sun and watch the people go about their business and at the same time see right over the Sierra de las Nieves. Even if it is not the weather to venture out you would be quite happy to just stoke up the woodburner, make some coffee and put your feet up with a good book. Great investment in this ever so desirable town.
