I so did not want to go and see this property because it was raining but the owner said he was going away so had I had to go. I was so glad I did because it really over exceeded my expectations for the price tag. This house is nestled down a country lane in a truly tranquil spot but just a few minutes from Arriate and 15 minutes to Ronda. It has a most impressive entrance leading in to the courtyard. This has been elegantly paved and there are some shrubs planted. To the right of the property is the swimming pool and beyond this is a shower room for outdoor use. It still maintains that cortijo distribution and feel in spite of having been fully reformed. This only adds to it's comfortability. The lounge is on entry with the stairs straight on. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom. However one might choose to open up the left side room to have more general living space. The kitchen is to the right of the property and with chimney fireplace and other original features it has a very homely feel indeed. A door leads out to the front courtyard from here. Upstairs all electrics and plumbing are prepared to make 3 more rooms and a bathroom however you may have your own idea for your very own ballroom. This is a very nice property indeed and would make a superb family home. Easily mortgaged.
