Torre Alhaquime is a quaint white village of just around 1000 residents so therefore makes the perfect retreat for those seeking some tranquility away from it all. This property has a really nicefeel to it. It is not a plush fully manicured property all new throughout but an older house in fabulous condition with real charm. The first thing you notice on a really hot day is how cool it is inside due to the thick walls which are the ideal for keeping the heat out in summer and in during winter. You enter the house in to the lounge with sofa bed and a small dining table. To the left is the double bedroom which is a good size and flooded with light from the front and back windows. Off the lounge is the newly fitted (never used) kitchen long and galley style with oven and hob, fridge freezer,
washbasin and plenty of cupboard space. Next door to the lounge is the bathroom with bath with shower incorporated. This is in perfect working order, clean and well maintained. Upstairs is an open loft bedroom -the perfect place to take a siesta when you roll in off the adjacent terrace. There are great views from the roof terrace (10m2) and it has the advantage of not being overlooked. This makes a great rental property as it is just the sort of place you´d hope to open the door to when staying in the white villages so view this first.
