It is so difficult to find large properties that don´t come with a great quantity of often unwanted land well especially for the big garden brigade rather than the the land owner luvvies so here is one for the BGB and well really anyone needing a large property in the countryside. Here we have nigh on 600sqm that has been neglected, previously housing pigs (- don´t worry they went before.) on a plot of 9000sqm. Now really it is a mess but the idea is to rebuild on here according to the metres. Close to Setenil, Ronda and therefore Golf would make great accomodation and hey what about a driving range?? Gosh I´m full of good ideas today. Jaffa cakes really do inspire. No seriously you can get a bargain here as he wants it sold asap. There is an adjoing property but this doesn´t detract and any reform would highly likely involve moving a little away from the neighbour anyway. Really easy access and lovely views to Ronda Valley.
