This must be the most desírable finca I have visited in the past 10 years well most definitely for me. . Off a main road it is just one kilometre on a straight flat easy track that leads up to the piece of history that is the hacienda.It is a most fabulous 100 hectares of land some flat some steep and with natural rock and some olives There are tracks laid to be able to pass around the finca with ease passing wild goats on the way. There is a natural lake forming that could be developed. It really is so impressive and has 3 entrances and it is possible to segregate land. With regards to the hacienda you cannot help but imagine the activity here when in use, the number of animals and how the buildings would have looked all those years ago. There are plans and permissions to carry out the rebuild of this 980sqm property respecting the old already passed by the town hall in Ronda. Some increase has been allowed for in taking the stables to two storey if desired. The view taken from a high point of the finca was even more exihlarating for having climbed so far up to have to turn the car around to come back down. I can almost picture how it would look and the utter pride the owner would have looking down from there over their kingdom as it really does feel that grand. The 3 phase electricity cables are laid under the land. There are two wells and an abundance of water. All we need now is for the new owner to step forward and take over his kingdom.
