This house is decorated or should I say designed in a lovely modern minimalist way. By doing this there is a great feeling of space. Downstairs is open plan with terracotta tiled flooring. The kitchen is separated by a long bar and left for the new owner to choose. There are sliding patio doors on to a decked terrace with a built in barbeque. Steps lead down to an underbuild (you do need somewhere to store your clutter after all!) Upstairs there are two bedrooms with good quality wooden flooring and two bathrooms that have been built in rather than bought fittings and have really tasteful mosaic tiles. There is a door from one bedroom on to a small terrace which as in most parts of El G. has great views. Not one plate on the wall nor one Andaluz arch...?! Goodness knows what the local women think but it is certainly got me going...
