This country pad is in one of my favourite parts of Algodonales. The access is so easy on a tarmac road. It is possible to walk to the centre of town in about 25 minutes. It has approx 42,000m2 of land with a small house of 27m2 and a 4 bed wooden chalet of 90m2. It has lovely views and the hillside bordering is a great place to watch the birds. There is a a well and electricity – the cables are under ground. An idyllic place if you seek tranquility.
