AlfiCasa is delighted to be able to offer clients purchasing in the Cadiz Province cost effective all year round maintenance contracts. For many it is not so much for reasons of security but the chance to water plants, collect mail, open windows, cleaning and generally checking all is in order.

The basic contract we can offer our clients includes:

* Fortnightly check up visit to the property, always at a different time

* Airing the property

* Watering plants inside and out

* Flushing Toilets / rinsing sinks

* Holding a key for you

* Resolving any problems which we find

Only 520 Euros* per year payable in 12 monthly payments - just 10€ per wk !
