We do not promote any one particular area as we believe there are many beautiful parts of Spain that suit many different people - although we do have our favourites…! We are particularly able to help those who wish to purchase property in more typically Spanish areas – rather than compete with hundreds of agents selling the same houses on the main costas - however we do feel we can be so much less biased with our clients because of this as we know we have so many options for you. So whether you are looking for a cheap and cheerful house to renovate, or a multi million pound luxury villa - with our passion for and vast knowledge of Spain - and that fact that we speak your language and theirs! – we really are all you need to secure your property in Spain!

Here at AlfiCasa we really do offer a truly individual service to our clients from the beginning. We don’t just send a glossy brochure and standard letter but really listen to what you want and tailor properties and areas to your needs and most importantly we respect your budget.

We often spend a couple of hours sitting down with clients looking at various options and then put together a selection of properties in the area of your choice. We understand for many people that there are many things to consider apart from buying a house such as schools, health care, transport links, even advice on finding employment.

We have private professional financial advice available free if required so can help you seek the best route from the many options available to finance your home in Spain that gives you peace of mind. Within 48 hours we aim to send you your own personal selection of properties and useful information hand picked for you. We will then call back or email to see if we can help you further.

Taking you there

The team at AlfiCasa can help you with your travel arrangements. We don’t have set trip dates or a gruelling itinerary when you arrive in Spain but aim to put together the most cost effective, informative and enjoyable package we can! Give us a call and we will help you arrange your visit.

Found the right place........?

Should you see what you are looking for when you arrive in Spain we will wait for you to tell us. For most people this is one of the biggest purchases they will make in their lifetime so we want you to get it right and be happy for a long time to come! There is never any obligation whatsoever to purchase and certainly not to make a decision there and then.

Let’s face it, by doing our job in this way we are happier as we know our clients are. We will advise you prior to the trip on deposits required which vary from area to area should you wish to take a property off the market. We only use English speaking lawyers and insist all our clients have full legal representation whether they choose to use a recommended lawyer or one of their own. This is one area you should never economise on. They will carry out all the necessary paperwork to enable you to legally purchase the property with full clean title deeds and negotiate when you would like to complete on the property.

Opening a bank account is very simple indeed and we will accompany you as part of the service. Likewise should you wish to speak to builders or other tradesmen, architects or management companies we will attend and where necessary translate your requirements as required. We want you to step back on to the plane with every question answered, complete confidence and therefore peace of mind.

The final step - Completion

When the time comes to sign the contract the lawyer will contact you to arrange to make the trip across to Spain. Here we can organise changing over electricity and water contracts, home insurance and will preparation. We can also help you apply for residency should you wish to. We will be delighted to help with any arrangements we can such as helping you find flights, car hire and accommodation.

I know it sounds so gushing but we really do just as a matter of course build up good relationships with our clients so much so that many are good friends to the point where we are often invited to visit and regularly do when in Spain.
